Windows 10: My wifi speed has gone down 60% on HP laptop. videos buffer

Hello im paying for 50Mbps and my router or modem was running between 40 to 50Mbps. but all of a sudden my speed is between 5 to 15Mbps. I have updated the network adapter realtek and then i was getting around 25 but now its back slow again. I have unpluged wifi router and turned back on several times. So i called HP tech support and they say its in my windows 11 security so i told the tech im using the windows security and had no problem with speed since my router was replaced 5 months ago. since then i was getting 50Mbps but now slow. How do i get this laptop get 50 Mbps again?

How to reset BIOS F.60 on HP Laptop 15-bs111ur?

A couple of months ago I updated BIOS of my HP Laptop 15-bs111ur on F.60. I am sure that I downloaded F.60 from the official website. Around the same time, after BIOS upgrading I started to hear loud fan noise. I performed many steps to fix it:

1. Updated all drivers;
   
2. Reinstalled Windows 10 Home Edition;
   
3. Used all tests from HP Support Assistant;
   
4. Thermal paste was replaced;
   
5. The fan was replaced (yes, I even installed a new fan for CPU).
   

Nothing helped.

Recently, I noticed, that F.60 version was gone from the list of versions supported for my bs-111ur. And now, obviously, I am pretty sure BIOS should be reset. I tried to reset BIOS with the following ways:

• Reset a laptop with a removable battery;
  
• Win+B+Power button: HP BIOS Update screen does not display;
  
• Reset the CMOS using Win+V+Power button: reset was successfully executed.
  However, BIOS is still F.60 version, and I am still can not reset it via "Win+B+Power button".
  
• Recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive: HP BIOS Update does
  not display.
  

How I can reset BIOS? Or maybe there is some way to downgrade F.60 on F.52?

 

Always Buffering while playing videos

1. Which is the browser you are using to watch the video?

2. What is the speed of your internet service provider?

3. Are you using proxy server for the internet?

Buffering means the program is reading ahead of what you are watching, that way if a program was streaming something from the internet and you hit a slow download speed, hopefully the buffer should allow the video/audio file to
play without any skips

Follow the below steps and check if it helps,

Method 1:Disable Proxy connection, if any.

If you are using any Proxy connection, then try disabling the proxy connection and check.

Follow the steps to disable proxy:

• Click the Settings icon at the top right corner in internet explorer.
  
• Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  
• Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
  
• Uncheck the box next to "proxy server for your LAN".
  
• Click on OK to save the setting and close window.

lower wifi speed in my windows laptop

I am getting 25 mbps speed and sometimes very less on my laptop but on the same router I am getting a full of 55-60 mbps speed on my mobile at the same distance.

what could be the possible fix?

some extra details

1.wifi plan: 60mbbs

2.router : tplink archer (c6 2.4ghz/5ghz)

3. windows 10: 1909 - 18363.657

4. laptop: hp-i3-6th-gen /12 gb ram
