Windows 10: my wifi stopped i try to connect but not response my settings is also not open not control...

Few daysago i have a problem in my laptop my wifi suddenly disconnected i try to open wifi settings but its not opened settings is also not open not control panel and system is also slow now i face error window access dined whenever i open any program

So, this happens about every twenty minutes while using my PC, I can leave it alone for hours and come back and it will be fine then happen soon after.

The system apps like device manager/Settings/Control panel stop working and have problems and I cannot connect to the wifi.

checklist of things I've tried/know

• Wifi adapter is on max performance
• SFC, no problems
• Drives are healthy
• Activated windows
• Multiple scans with Mbam
• WIFI is working on my other laptops

 

Cannot connect to wifi with laptop

  Go to Network and Sharing Center.

  At the right pane, click Change adapter settings.

  Right click on your connection name (WiFi name) and Properties.
