    My wifi stops working when ever my laptop goes into sleep mode


    On my asus vivobook 16 x1605ea I began having problem when putting my laptop into sleep mode, it would result in the wifi not working I would check the Get Help app and it would say one of these things. and settinng would say that there is no internetand i need help with stopping it as its getting quite annoying.

    Windows 11, some applications seem to crash after laptop goes to sleep

    Hello,

    Currently whenever I close my laptop lid for prolonged periods (so the laptop goes to sleep) there seems to be some apps that seem to crash. They disappear completely from my desktop, or have to be forced to stop in task manager in order to restart them.

    These apps are namely:

    • Spotify
    • Trello
    • Whatsapp for PC
    • WSL
    • EarTrumpet
    Wifi also seems to stop working after my laptop goes to sleep. I have to turn it off and on again to for it to work.

    Steps taken to try fix issue:

    • Restored to default power settings
    • Ran power options troubleshooter
    I am currently on the windows 11 insider program, in the Beta branch, and I am on the latest build at the moment

    Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    WiFi and Bluetooth keep disconnecting whenever laptop goes into sleep mode

    I am having a huge issue with my new HP Pavilion laptop that I purchased a couple of weeks ago whereby whenever the device goes into sleep mode, my WiFi and Bluetooth adaptors turn off and do not come back on again.

    I have ensured all my drivers are up to date and have disabled the power management function that switches the adaptors off to save power. In addition, once I bring my laptop out of sleep mode, my WiFi adaptor appears to be on but will not find any available
    networks (I normally have two available in my home constantly).

    My windows version is currently Windows 10 Home version 1903.

    I've scoured the internet to try and find possible solutions but I'm running into all the same recommendations that just do not seem to work! Does anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this? I'm happy to try any suggestion prior to just going
    for a complete factory reset.

    If you need any further information about my hardware/software, just let me know.
