Windows 10: My Wifi works fine on every device but my PC doesn't? It randomly switches off on my PC...

I been having this problem for months now, I moved into a new house. I got fibre so apparently the wifi is supposed to be great.My wifi works completely fine on my phone, tv, tablets, everything but my PC. It does work on my PC but after like 30 minutes, it can sometimes just randomly stop working on my computer and nothing loads, so I have to turn off my Wifi on the bottom right settings of my pc, turn it off then back on, then it solves it, but I have to keep doing that non-stop when it randomly stops.Does anyone know the fix to this?

Also, I did the chkdsk C: /F /R but it didn't do anything.

It got stuck at 21% every single time and when ever I restart my PC it constantly starts scanning. Not sure how to stop it.
