Windows 10: My Win 10 start button

Discus and support My Win 10 start button in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; My win 10 start button and search bar do not work for my login.     My Win 10 start button


    My win 10 start button and search bar do not work for my login. Two other accounts on this machine work correctly. Anybody know how to fix this. Microsoft support seems to no longer have support.
