Windows 10: My Win 11 laptop keeps freezing up!

My HP laptop freezes up just about every day. It's a fairly low end machine and I use it mostly for typing reports, but I often have other apps running in the background like my browser, a PDF reader, and a texting app or two. I will suddenly notice that the system is unresponsive to something I'm trying to do, whether it's save the document I'm working on or even just move the cursor to another part of the page. Often, the other apps running in the background will still be functioning, but one by one they will eventually all become unresponsive until the system is totally frozen, forcing me t

Win 11 keeps freezing/crashing

Hi,

I upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11 on a ThinkPad E959 laptop.

Since then, Windows keeps freezing, and nothing a try will "wake it back up". Sometimes, the screen goes black as well.

I can tell it's about to crash as the mouse tracker seems to be stuttering, briefly vanishing and then it freezes.

This bug is hugely annoying, wastes a lot of my time and undermines my productivity. I'm always worrying about losing work.

Can you please tell me how to either get out of the frozen mode, or fix this bus asap, or explain how I switch back to Win 10.
