Windows 10: my win 11 PC's wallpaper keeps changing to a black screen with the host name and my ip...

I amthe only user of the computer, and originally when the message came i want able to use cmd prompts i then managed to fix it. but the message is still there. i have done 3 malware scans but nothing shows up.

• Open a Command Prompt (Adimin) window: Win+X, A, Alt+Y
• Then run the following command to change your computer name to Donner: WMIC ComputerSystem where Name=COMPUTER-NAME call Rename Name=NewName
• Reboot your PC.
• Try to run ipconfig / all command, you should find that the Host Name in Windows IP Configuration list has been changed to the new name.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.

  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

Cant change black screen wallpaper when changed to Windows 11.

I have a custom wallpaper set and ever since the update to windows 11. The background has stayed black regardless of it being changed by theme or brightness or contrast. I can still see all the tools and apps on the home screen but cannot change any wallpaper or color
