  1. My win10 notebook keeps going in and out of full screen by itself

I have a problem, which sometimes disappears but comes back as annoying as before, in browsers and file explorer they keep entering full screen, f11, and exiting repeatedly... I've used antivirus and done some cleaning procedures guided by the website of microsoft but nothing solves, the problem always comes back, does anyone know how to solve it?
