My Win10 PROFILE is taking screenshots and pressing keys on its own multiple keyboards,...

My elementary kid has a Dell Optiplex and it takes screenshots randomly. It also moves arrow randomly when they play Roblox. Most often it is as if the down button is held down and left and right buttons are randomly held down, so her character moves on its own. I switched out the mouse and keyboard to a brand-new set, and the problem persists.I tried multiple USB ports and it made no difference.I used the Windows Keyboard Troubleshooter and it found no issues.I removed the keyboard driver and plugged in a new keyboard and the issue persists.I used Avast to do a full scan and it found no issue

    :)

  3. How to take a screenshot on Windows 10?

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

If you want to take a screen shot and save it as picture, I suggest you to check with the below steps.

To take a screen shot and save it as a picture

    • Click the window you want to capture. Press Alt+Print Screen by holding down the Alt key and then pressing the Print Screen key. The Print Screen key is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. (Depending
on the type of keyboard you have, the exact key names on your keyboard may vary slightly.)

Note: You can take a screen shot of your entire desktop rather than just a single window by pressing the Print Screen key without holding down the Alt key.

    • Click Start, click Accessories, and then click Paint.

    • In the Paint window, click Edit, and then click Paste.

    • When the image appears in the Paint window, click File, and then click Save As.

    • In the Save As dialog box, in the File name box, type a name for the screen shot, and then click Save.

If issue still persists, I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it help:

You can also use the on screen keyboard to check if that helps. You may follow the article below for the same.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows-8/type-with-the-on-screen-keyboard

    (Applies to Windows 10 also)

Please do reply and let us know the troubleshooting results. If the issue persists, we’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Thank you.

  4. My Win10 PROFILE is taking screenshots and pressing keys on its own multiple keyboards,...

Keyboard Keys sometimes take multiple presses to type, or sometimes type itself multiple times

So, this has started happening a few months ago, some keys, mostly R, W, Shift, CTRL and i would take multiple presses to type, or would sometimes write multiple times, like: "WWWhats up?" the keys problem got fixed when i got an external keyboard, but some buttons like CTRL and Shift still need multiple presses to actually press, like 2 or 3, and its annoying because most games require those keys and its hard to actually use. I've tried multiple fixes, and none work. I think it might just be a hardware issue.
