Hi, microsoftmy win11 go to sleep very quickly after wake by AC connected event, even i set the system unattended sleep timeout to 5 minutes .I want to setup my laptop to keep running screen off is ok, just the my remote desk client to connect automatically about couple minutes after it wake from sleep state by the AC connected event but without any mouse/keyboard input.I changed the system unattended sleep timeout to 5 minutes for AC 2 minutes for DC, but it still goes into sleep state very quickly.below are those settings of regedit i think it is related:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Curre

I understand your concern to restart the laptop from sleep mode when connected to AC power adapter.

Please be informed us if you are facing any problem with while waking the computer from sleep mode.

I suggest you to update the drivers for AC power adapter from
Device Manager and check if it helps.

Steps :

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand AC Power Adapter.
• Right on the W and click on Update driver software.

If the drivers are updated, you will not have the option to Update Driver Software.

Step 2: If that does not fix the issue, please reinstall the display adapter drivers.

  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Display adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Display adapter
  that is listed and click “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer and download, install the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website.

How to wake a computer out of Sleep mode when AC power is restored?

I have a battery UPS connected to my machine. Under "Control Panel / Power Options", I have "Critical battery action" (occurring when battery hits 10%) set to "Sleep" the PC.

Using a Scheduled Task, I should be able to wake from Sleep (via the "Wake the computer to run this task" option). However, what Trigger Event should I identify to catch when the PC is no longer on battery power (AC has been restored or maybe when
the battery level is 100%) so that I can turn the system back on?
