Windows 10: my Window 10 gone after update my laptop left empty. Can't start Window! Except in Dos...

I was prompted for update, clicked it and next day only noticed I can't start my laptop again. I'm using Window 10 over a year ago from a free update of Window 7. Because of an old laptop I recently even upgraded it to 8gb ram...it been working fine. Now I can't even start my laptop, but I can goto dos seeing C:/ is marked with Toshiba. Then where the window 10? My laptop have a built in Windows 7. I can't even do anything but using other laptop. I can't even reinstall my original Window so possibly I do from here? can't upgrade again? Or at least get my files and pictures back. What can I do from here? I don't think my laptop is damage.

I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
