Windows 10: my window 11 laptop screen keep on shaking

Discus and support my window 11 laptop screen keep on shaking in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; my laptop screen is shaking up and down it stops for a sec and then again starts i checked the connections of display and ram and there was no problem...     my laptop screen is shaking up and down it stops for a sec and then again starts i checked the connections of display and ram and there was no problem but it keeps shaking i even updated the display drivers but it still wasnt fixed i deleted discord as it was updated when the screen started shaking so i lowered the refresh rate from 120.11hz to 60hz it did fixed my problem for that day but next day it again started even at 60hz so i installed a fresh window 11 and deleted everything but it still had not fixed my screen shaking please tell me what should i do cuz there is no damage on the scree

    Shaking Screen

    Since the recent update of windows 10 i.e. 1803 I have been facing an issue in which my screen starts shaking all of the sudden according to my observations I have noticed that shaking of the screen begins whenever I watch a video in Google Chrome Web
    Browser please suggest me how to fix this issue as this is very annoying.

    Never have I faced this issue in any of the previous versions of Windows also the shaking goes away as soon as I close-open the laptop LID once.

    Laptop with broken screen How much?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
