After Update My Windows Become So laggy I can not run anything I tried using System Restore to restore your Windows to the point before the issue persists.But That's Not workingBefore the Update all things working Fine But after that My windows Become laggay and Not working Properly

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

Super slow 2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023773)

In my Windows 10 Settings -> Windows Update panel, I was informed that I had the following optional update:

2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023773)

I initiated the update and at the 1-hour mark, it seemed stuck at 21%.

(1) How can I unstick it?

(2) Is there anything I can do to speed it up? I have only a browser open while I wait.

(3) Would it be wise to reboot to see if it unsticks the update?
