    Description

    It only happens after booting, closes almost allas I remember user processes without any warning. To give a detailed account, after 2~3 minutes from windows bootingmaybe while the startup program causing a specific problem is being loaded...,window shuts down almost all user programs at once, in a sudden. Literally the opened processes like firefox, messenger app, vpn, game platform... etcs closesweirdly dropbox and zoom is not closed, perhaps the process being used or being recorded doesn't follow the sudden shutdown command?

    When I look in the system tray after everything is closed, most of the processes are killed and disappeared.


    Condition

    This happens only at after booting, and doesn't happen when windows wakes up from sleep mode or is in normal state.

    I don't know if this happens every time I boot. It seems to happen intermittently every cold boot.


    Diagnosis

    I looked at the event viewer right after that happened, but there were so many logs that I couldn't find any meaningful results. Also, there were no errors in the event viewer. There were only information and warnings, and even warnings were just saying that microsoft edge could not use the database format version.

    the files executed - this would be not be the same on different systems, it does give an in depth explanation

    Another thing you might like to look up is the difference in booting a BIOS based system as opposed to a UEFI based system -
