Windows 10: my window show licence expire soon but i have update before month

this is to a mail regarding my laptop which i was purchase at meerut India on 22 November 2018.

after that i have update window from to HP service center begum bridge meerut India. but window is not working properly always a error "YOUR WINDOW LICENCE WILL EXPIRE SOON" and also my most of the software is not working like before work .

i am trying many many time to contact customer care on toll no. 18001021100 but these are not responding and also service center is also not resolve my complain so please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

after updating my dell laptop (windows 10 pro) its start showing message that YOUR WINDOWS LICENCE WILL EXPIRE SOON . this message come on screen 5-10times in a hour .........please help

I have successfully updated my windows 8 to a Windows 10.

I have been able to activate Windows and set the key correctly. But I still get this message that my license will expire.

I have tried the tricks suggested on YouTube.

SERVICES

Windows Licence Manager : Disabled

Windows Update : Disabled.

But no success and

SLMGR still shows that my licence will expire in 3 days

Who can give me some advice and any help is appreciated

My PC just had this message showing on the screen:

Your Windows licence will expire soon. You need to activate Windows in Settings.

the PC upgraded itself when windows 10 came up. There is no activation key. What can I do?
