My Windows 10 64 bit operating system keeps shutting down my app and turns off the system.

When I restart, it has not kept any of my changes - Excel does a recovery.

    What's causing this problem please?

    :)

    64 bit operating system request

    Hi Chitra,

If you are using Windows 10 32-bit and you want to install to Windows 10 64-bit you will have to purchase the product key and download 64-bit ISO file and perform Clean installation of Windows 10. You won't be able to perform upgrade installation in this
scenario. As the previous of Windows Operating System that you had was 32-bit, then you only have an option to upgrade to same 32-bit Operating System.

Please feel free to visit our website for any help with Windows Operating System.

Migrating from 32-bit to 64-bit operating system

I am trying to migrate from the 32-bit operating system to the 64-bit operating system in Windows 10, version 1511,

OS build 10586.494 with the x64-based processor. I installed Windows 8.1 using the 32-bit DVD disk around May and it was automatically

upgraded subsequently to Windows 10 around June with the latest edition of Windows 10 and activated with a digital entitlement.

The operating system has been 32 bits since then. What exactly do I do to get the 64-bit operating system in place?
Additionally I have a secondary hard disk containing Windows XP, which will not work with the present processor. Windows 10 is

installed on the primary boot disk and the system keeps locking up on restart. Windows 8.1 may not have been completely installed.
