Windows 10: My Windows 10, After a Factory Reset, Turns Black and Refuses to Turn Off

After factory resetting my Windows 10 on a X1 Carbon Thinkpad, it turns black and refuses to turn off. I do not see the Windows logo, nor do I see my cursor on the screen. I have tried connecting the screen to a monitor, various keyboard shortcuts such as Windows + P, Ctrl + Alt + Del, and Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B, and the power button. The screen remains black and unmoving and it stays on.If it is helpful, I've notice that upon clicking the Fn button, the computer beeps. Please give suggestions quickly.

Computer keeps turning off after I factory reset it.

Is your computer airplane mode is turn on?

I suggest you to go to the follow the below step and check if you’re able to toggle the Airplane mode:

• 
  Go to settings and click on Network & Internet.

  Go to airplane mode and toggle.
