Windows 10: my windows 10 asus laptop won't even recognize my internet

i recently bought a new laptop with windows 10 preloaded with it

i have two internet connections but it only picks up one. it doesn't even show the other one.

how do i fix this?

windows mobile 6.0 and Windows Vista ICS

I'm running vista ulitmate x64 on my laptop

and I have ASUS A639 with Windows mobile 6 classic

I connect my laptop to internet using lan cable and

my laptop has intel 4965agn WLAN card

I was wondering if i can share internet between

my laptop and my pocket pc

A639 has wireless b/g

I tried ICS and pocket pc

finds my laptop and connects to laptop

but it won't connect to internet

even though it has IP address.

Please help me.

 

After Windows 10 May 2016 update my internet isn't working.

I am currently using a friend's laptop because my PC's internet isn't working after the latest mandatory update for Windows 10. I usually use my phone's wireless mobile hotspot for my internet access, but my computer won't recognize my wireless piece.
So I used a USB cord and tethered my phone to my computer. It did recognize that it was connected, but still wouldn't allow internet connection.

Which one doesn't it pick up, Ethernet or Wireless?

Collect IP configuration information as follows:

Open a Elevated Command Prompt:

Press WIN + X to open Start context menu.
Select Command Prompt (Admin)​.

Paste the following into the Command Prompt window, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

wireless. and even trying to use an ethernet cable, it still won't even acknowledge that the signal exists.
