Windows 10: My Windows 10 computer has been plagued with issues where it won't install updates or new...

For a while now my computer has been having a number of issues where it just won't seem to install new updates. I have tried a number of fixes, including installing a new version of Windows, using SFC and DSIM to repair the problems and trying to do a full system reset altogether which naturally fails. I would really appreciate any support with this as I am getting to the end of my tether. The PC runs a Windows 10 Pro license, version 1909. The iOS build is 18363.592.Whenever I try to install Windows updates, they seem to fail. All of the feature updates 22H2, 22H1, 21H2, 20H2 have failed,

It's good that you're not experiencing any issues. Unfortunately many folks are, a quick Google search will show the same info im offering the OP.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
