    Desk top icons keep refreshing

    I installed a HP 6250 Wi-Fi printer. Now the desk top icons keep refreshing. It seem to have slowed down all the processing on my computer. Printer and scanner work ok.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Widows 10 just keeps blinking on desk top screen

    After downloading windows 10, my computer will only display the desk top screen, which keeps reloading, and returning to the desk top continually. can windows send a disk to load windows 10 correctly?. My computer is a Dell Inspiron laptop, originally
