Windows 10: My Windows 10 device won't open

Hi,Since yesterday when I turn in my computer it shows the company logo then goes to a black screen for ages, the cursor eventually appears and then after 30min the login screen appears. After another 20 min of trying entre my password I can finally enter it put the welcome message just appears and gets stuck.I've tried turning it off and on again but I cannot get into the safe mode. As soon as I turn it on and leave it the exact same thing happens. I've tried pressing F8 that doesn't work.I haven't tried waiting to see if the welcome message eventually lets me in to my Windows account.I need

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?
