Windows 10: My Windows 10 freezes occasionally once each 8-10 boot immediately after booting the desktop

Dear Community!I have had the problem with my Windows 10 in my new Dell Alienware X17 R1Previously, after booting the Desktop with icons, and wallpaper it froze: in this case, the mouse cursor disappeared, and the system didn't respond neither to keyboard button presses nor to mouse clicks only holding power button helped to shut down. It happened once each 8-10 boot in an unpredictable manner. I sent it to the Dell to repair, and they replaced SSD, saying that the problem was in the SSD, and I had rewritten the old system to the new SSD, since I kept it in my another disk.Today, after yes

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.

Just done a fresh install of windows 10. Still got the same problem.
Turn pc on from cold or a restart. Hangs on the win boot logo for a minute or so then boots in to the desktop
cant work it out why its so slow to boot up? any ideas*Mad

It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

Any suggestions where I might start ?
