Windows 10: my windows 10 has startup issues

So i was booting into windows 10 i have 3 OSs on my computer and my bacground shows up the taskbar doesnt work ctrl + shift + esc doesnt work either task mananger don't work i made an installation usb my computer wont boot into it safe mode doesnt work and i dont know what to do.Any ideas?

I understand your concern and would suggest you to try performing "Startup Repair" and check if that helps. Here is the steps:

• Press and hold Shift key and click on Restart from login screen.
• Click on Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced Options.
• Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
