Windows 10: My Windows 10 Installation is extremely messed up; Constant audio stutters, unable to run...

I will try to be as descriptive as possible, if any information is missing please let me know.My windows installation has been running poorly for some time now, so I decided to reset my PC recently.After resetting, things worked fine for a while, but now they don't.Audio and video frames stutter and tear constantly, making games unplayable and the system practically inoperable.I have tried sfc /scannow which returns an error that the Windows Resource something? can't complete the operation.I have tried the dism /restorehealth command which returns a 605 error ill-formed data.I have tried c

Constant stuttering and fps drops after fresh installation

I had a long running problem where whenever playing a certain game for longer than an hour 2, id blue screen with various error messages including but not limited to: kernel_mode_heap_corruption and Kernel_security_check_failure. I reinstalled windows
and updated my drivers accordingly and now can't play anything without constant stuttering and fps drops. I've researched this problem as much as i can and have done all things listed on the forums including checking for corrupted files, rolling back/uninstalling
and reinstalling my audio/touchpad/gpu drivers, disabling that dumb xbox dvr thing, and the problem persists. I had no such problem prior to my re-installation so i believe it has to do with the fresh install of windows 10. This problem is absurdly annoying
and my hardware is more than capable of running any game at a playable fps.

 

My Windows Audio is a Mess

What I would suggest for now is to completely remove the Audio drivers listed in the Device Manager. Please make sure you remove all listed under Sound and audio devices.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound and Audio. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

And then please see if there are any improvements.
