Windows 10: My windows 10 is broken?

So the thing is that I cant update my windows since sometime around June 2018, then some time later my computer does not seem to work properly and now every time I restart my laptop it would appear the message like "cant repair

problem:

- cant update window

- cant startup repair

- cant system restore

- i try go back to the previous version but still does not allow me

- also try using cmd as an administator (sfc /scannow) does not allow me


lots of bad performance start to show up.

pls help

Im using window 10 pro version 1709. Dell inspiron laptop.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
