Windows 10: My windows 10 is deactivated and I need help

I got HWID banned in a game and I wanted to be unbanned as I didn't recall doing anything in the game prior to being HWID banned. So I searched up how to get un HWID banned and someone sent me a spoofer. I downloaded it and they told me what to put in and they didn't note anything about my windows being de activated. All that they mentioned was the fact that it changes my HWID so that the game thinks its a different computer and unbans me. However after I finish using the spoofer they tell me to go in game and try it and I was still banned. They told me to restart my computer and I did but it

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
