Windows 10: My Windows 10 is kinda broken

Hello. Everything was normal on my Windows 10 PC until suddenly, something really weird has started to happen.SpecsWindows Version: Windows 10 22H2, Build 19045.5011.Computer: HP Elitebook 820 G3Computer Specs: 12GB Installed RAM 6.43GB left because of VMs 237GB Storage SSD Intel Core i5 6200U CPU @2.30 Ghz, 2400Mhz, 2 Cores, 4 Logical Processors. x64-Based PC1. Windows is fine, until I open a folder. It is still fine. But when I open a subfolder a folder inside the folder things really weird start to happen. First, explorer kind of freezes and restarts. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

My ctrl key is broken (kinda)

I have just joined this form because my ctrl key is kinda broken. Whenever I press it, it has a delay and then goes for like 3 seconds and stops. This is no major problem just quite annoying. Thank you for reading this.
