Windows 10: My Windows 10 is not updating. It is showing error 0x800703e6

If I USE SFC/SCANNOW IT IT IS SHOWING Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.AND FOR DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestorehealthError: 998 Invalid access to memory location.

Hi, I'm experiencing problems with windows update error code 0x800703e6 , have already tried every fix I could find online but nothing is working so far. Any suggestions?

Well, I will mention what appears to be happening. I do not have a fix but the comment in the Error message regarding access to memory is a little strange. Maybe this goes back to the TiWorker situation.

This error you can look at but I don't think it is causing the failure. Maybe Sumit will have some info.
