Windows 10: My windows 10 keeps restarting and won't boot

Hello i have a 64bit windows 10 pc and when i turn it on it shows the windows logo and then after a little while it turns off and restarts it does this 2 times and then goes into troublshoot/recovery mode and nothing works in recovery mode exept the backup thing which deletes everything and reinstall apps you deleted from the last time it saved but that takes 30-40 minutes and then it works but once i turn it off same thinghappend it keeps restarting microsoft chat couldnt help me so hofefully you could if you have any question or are confused please let me know i need this fixed quick for school

PC Won't Boot After Install and Restart

I was able to clear CMOS by taking out the battery and then putting it in after 5 min. That helped and i was able to boot, i got some kind of a checksum error and was given a choice to restore to last known good configuration or to default, i chose option number 1 and was able to boot into Windows, however after i restarted the PC i was back to square 1 where system wouldn't boot as before.

What do i do now? Clear CMOS again and attempt to boot into Windows do a system restore and uninstall that program that may have been the cause of this problem? Any suggestions?

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.
