Windows 10: My Windows 10 laptop refuses to update and I'm unable to install programs because of it.

Wasn't too sure where to post this since I'm technically trying to fix multiple things, but since I'm currently trying to fix Windows Update I put it in the "Windows Update" board.Anyways, I was trying to install .NET Framework 3.5 because an app I was trying to use requires it to run. Every time I try to install NET though, I get told that "the service can't be started" the error code I get for this is 0x80070422. I have not been able to install it yet. I've even gone to "Windows Features" to manually enable it, but it also gives me a 0x80070422.I've been led to believe this has something t

unable to install windows on M.2

Hello
i have m.2 960 evo installed on Gigabyte z270-Ultra Gaming
so i did the AHCI thingy from the bios
and it detect the m.2
but when i try to install windows
it reachs to the page where i should make partition and start installing
it says u unable to install windows on this partition and i should enable m.2 from bios
tried the UEFI and legacy
nothing happend
so what is the solution here

I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive
