Windows 10: My Windows 10 Lock Screen Password Changed In The Middle of The Night?

My Windows 10 Lock Screen Password changed in the middle of the night. My old password used to require me to use caps lock and now it doesn't. Command Prompt says my password was last changed on January 3rd in the middle of the night.

Unable to change the password on my Local PC Windows 10 lock screen.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have already changed my Microsoft password following those exact steps in the link. I was able to successfully change my Microsoft password but that doesn't do anything to the local screen lock password on my pc. That
password is still the same and was set up before I got Windows 10 last year. When I enter ctrl, atl, delete I don't get the option to change my password like in previous Windows versions.

 

Changing lock screen password

I was able to change password on windows 8 but now that I have windows 10, its diff way to change your lock screen password. Since I tried to change the lock screen password, it involves changing my Microsoft password, which I don't want that. Just want
to know how to change your lock screen password without involving to change ur Microsoft account password.
