Windows 10: My Windows 10 PC can't view a particular image file format

My Windows 10 PC can't open particular photos, it says that "it looks like we don't support this file format" and I've done a few troubleshoots to solve this issue: 1 Convert JPEG or JPG to PNG - *nothing worked" 2 Used third-party softwares to repair a photo - "nothing worked* 3 Used the CMD method to check if the system is the problem no problems detected - "nothing worked" 4 Created a new account under "Add someone else to this PC" and tried switching to the new user and tried to open the image files but the problem is unsolvedQuestions: - Is it the photos, corrupted? *It's im

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Hello
Man I must be a moron
As you can see from the pic I am in disk management
But where or how do I assign a drive letter
I am looking threw
File action view and help
I am right clicking on it and do not see how to assign a drive letter.

So I guess this moron needs step by step :-(
