Windows 10: my windows 10 pc freezes for a few seconds when i switch from game or full screen to...

Hello,i have had this issue for about 2 months now where whenever i alt+tab or switch from full screen app to anything else by any means the whole pc freezes for a few seconds before returning to normal. the display freezes and i can still hear sound sometimes.i have tried to fix it with other answers here but it didn't worked, i updated windows and browser, cleaned files including system files with the windows cleaner? don't remember name.and used the win+r command "sysdm.cpl" and it didn't work either. all these solutions worked for a little while few hours maybe and then returned

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.
