Windows 10: My windows 10 PC keeps freezing irreversibly while playing video games

As of lately, when I play larger video games such as the last of us, god of war, and CSGO, my computer suddenly looses all responsiveness and freezes, needing to be restarted using the off button.I have tried to diagnose this problem, and event viewer says that its a kernel power event 41.I have tried to fix this problem by: doing a pc reset the one in particular where only most files are deletedreplacing my PSU to a much better gold rated one adding more RAMdoing a sfc scandoing a memory problem scanan intel diagnostic which passed on all teststweaking advanced power settingsand i tried

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

Taskbar keeps blinking while playing games and videos on Windows 10

Do let us know the following to assist you better:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• How have you upgraded to Windows 10?
• Is this issue confined only while playing the games (any specific game/ video)?
• Were you able to find any error code/ error message with this issue?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ incompatible/ outdated display drivers after the latest update, try the below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the display drivers in safe mode and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to place the computer in Safe mode with Networking.

Step 2: Uninstall and update the display driver

Steps to uninstall the drivers for the Display Adapter.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right click on the Display Adapter
  and click on Uninstall.
• Contact the device manufacturer website download the drivers.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
