Windows 10: My Windows 10 PC keeps getting a 0xc000021a and startup loop but never boots. What can I do?

For the past week, my Windows 10 PC built 19045 has went into a 0xc000021a blue screen error and doesn't start up, and only boots if I disable driver signature enforcement. This is the third time it happened this week, and it only happens if I leave my PC alone for a while. The sound on the speakers has also popped on and popped off since this problem started. It also appears to happen every three days.

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.

Windows 10 - Made Boot File - How to Use?. Getting error code "0xc000021a " while booting to the computer.

Original Title: Windows 10 - Made Boot File - How to Use?

My son has a Lenovo G50 laptop that he insistantly played games on (which he was told not to do). He had 6 downloaded from Steam along with another one that was from a gaming website. Not sure which one bogged down his laptop so massively that nothing would
work - not even his touchpad mouse ... anyways!

Here's a list of the things we have tried to fix the computer based off countless Internet/Forum Board suggestions - it's throwing the 0xc000021a code:

1. Tried restoring to a previous date - none logged

2. Tried restoring by image - none logged

3. Tried Sytem Troubleshooting - detected no errors

4. Tried restoring by erasing all files (only keeping ones he had created) - error occurred and I had to start all over

finally 5. Tried restoring by erasing everything - full restore - got all the way through, restarted the computer, goes to Lenovo screen then we get blue screen of death with the 0xc000021a code - from here it just keeps looping over and over again!

Ok! So this is the juncture where I'm at. I made a boot file for Windows 10 and did all the steps using Rufus - but now I'm stuck at how in the world do I use this if I cannot get anything on the laptop to work???

I tried inserting it into the computer (I guess I need to mention that I made a USB drive with the boot files) and turning it on and it just keeps looping.

Is there a series of buttons that I need to hit? Commands? What else can I do to get this fixed?
