Windows 10: My Windows 10 Pro version 1909 did not get latest security patches

Hi Support. I am using Windows 10 Pro version 1909. I read somewhere that my Windows is currently supported by Microsoft but when I tried to apply Windows update, nothing installed. My Windows update screen showing last security patches was applied in Aug 2020. Please tell me why my PC did not get the latest patches. Thank you.

Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2

Can I Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2 (latest)?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.

 

Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 - What Is "curl.exe"

I found a suspicious file on my system after December 2019's Patch Tuesday.

My OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 1909

(Fully updated and patched. Third-party security software installed. Windows Security used as a backup.)

Filename: curl.exe

File Location(s): Various Windows system folders, including my persona account (which is a local account).

1. Is the file "curl.exe" in the various Windows system folders a standard part of a Windows 10 installation or upgrade (e.g. Patch Tuesday, out-of-band update, or semi-annual channel)?

2. If "curl.exe" is not a standard part of Windows 10, why does it keep showing up on my machine every time I do a system update; e.g. after Patch Tuesday, after an out-of-band update, semi-annual update, and so on?

Windows 10 version 1909

I recently upgraded from windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro on an OEM machine. The ISO installation came from Dell and was supposed to be the latest version. However, the version installed was 1809. How do I get and install the latest version 1909?
