Windows 10: My Windows 10 Restarts Unexpectedly On a Daily Basis

Over the past 2 to 3 days my computer has began performing random restarts. Ive attempted to solve the issue several times. Ive checked hardware and I can assure you it isnt the problem. Ive also checked the eventviewer and it has yet to direct me to what the issue is. All I get is an error message that follows> The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. Currently the pc restarts as soon as I open the settings on my windows whilst trying to look for a fix. I would expect the issue to be caused by some sort of software I have got downloaded on my computer seeing as though I have been getting the same error message each time I open settings as I have whenever it has randomly restarted in the past few days while Ive just been playing games or watching youtube. I got no clue what to do and it has become increasingly frustrating.

Daily Unwanted Restarts

HP Notebook-17-P161DXP Notebook, Windows 10, Purchased March 2016. On a daily basis, this system will restart at least once, regardless of what I am doing. It will, for example, restart while it is initially starting up, or, just sitting idle, or composing an email, or doing a crossword (entering text) online), using wordpad etc. Once it has restarted, it seems to be good for the day ! This did not happen for the 1st year or so.

I have researched the "Random Restarts fixes for Windows 10 listed on WEB, but to no avail.
I use AVAST, and MBAM Premium and scan daily, don't think it is caused with Malware.

 

Windows 10 Pro Reactivation on Daily Basis

I have a problem with my PC requiring reactivation on a daily basis. The activation error is 0xC004F050 which suggests that I have changed the motherboard but that is not the case. I can reactivate the Windows 10 Pro account with the Troubleshooter or
by re-entering the Product Key or by using the online activation, etc., but the activation error returns the next day. I purchased an OEM version of Windows 10 Pro 64 last May 2018 for a new home built PC and it worked fine until about a month ago. I updated
the motherboard BIOS and some drivers and the Intel Management Engine but have not changed any hardware except for swapping monitors. I prefer not to reinstall Windows if I don't have to.

What can I do to fix this daily reactivation routine?
