Windows 10: My Windows 10 Update Assistant has been stuck at 99% for hours. Any help?

I left my PC on for it to update. It was 90% already. After 7 hours, I came back to it and it's already 99% so I waited again. But after an hour of wait, it's still stuck at 99% (for reference, it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/Iut67XS ). My PC's edition is Windows 10 Pro.


I'm trying my best to be patient even this update has wasted so much of my time already. Please help.
