Windows 10: My Windows 10 update is stuck, one is 25% completed and the others are saying 'error' and...

My Windows 10 pro is very slow and I suspect it is because my updates have not finished but I don't know how to restart the updates, I have 4 updates listed 1 25% completed the second one 'error' and I tried to click 'retry' below it but nothing

windows update is stuck for months on 25%, is this problem known? or is there a way to reset it?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
