Windows 10: My Windows 11 22H2 laptop keeps going black for about a second and closes all windows.

I've installed an app by the name of "ExplorerPatcher" fro a trusted source, is that the source of the problem by any chance?When I installed such an app, my laptop made it to the desktop. But the taskbar was unable to load. And then my laptop would turn black before loading the desktop again where the loop repeats.I have not tried going to the recovery and repair as I am ill-informed on how to do such action.I know the "ExplorerPatcher" app caused such an action, but how to rid the app and help my computer get back into shape? I let the app make some registry changes. How can I roll them back

Please check if you can perform a factory reset by creating a Windows installation USB as per the procedure below.

Step 1

Create installation media on this computer or other if necessary.

Configure in your computer's BIOS to start via the USB installation.

1. Boot with the Pen Drive;

2. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer;

3. Click Troubleshooting;

4. Advanced options;

5. Click Restore PC > Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All".
