Windows 10: My Windows 11 Asus VivoBook does not function with my external drives.

I have a Silicon Power external 1TB HHD, a Silicon Power external 2TB SSD, and a Skilcraft external 1TB SSD actually just a branded case enclosing a Western Digital Blue internal SSD. My two SSDs power on when I plug them in but are not recognized in file explorer or Disk Management. They are recognized in Device Manager but reflect no drivers are installed for the device. If I disable the devices in device manager, then restart the computer, then enable the devices again, they usually work completely normal until I unplug them again. cannot set to 90Hz Asus Vivobook with 90Hz OLED display

Hi, I just bougth the Asus Vivobook with 90Hz OLED monitor and Windows 11, but when trying to set it to 90Hz only 60 and 48 Hz are listed, is this caused by missing drivers?
