Windows 10: My windows 11 computer is stuck in a restart loop, how can I get out of it?

After doing a full reset on my computer. Once it finished the reset and restarted I was met with a blue screen saying: “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart it for you.”After it restarts, I am greeted with the same screen again, it restarts again, same screen, endlessly looping. What can I do to get out of this loop? Is it be ok to just force a shutdown? I am not worried about loosing any files as there are none to loose

my teacher's computer is stuck in a restart loop

hey my teacher/coach's school computer (dell optiplex gx150) is stuck in a restart loop. When it boots up it will make it to the windows os load screen and then restart. i already tried all the settings in the F5 menu and none of them worked it just restarts again.

p.s. I also see a blue screen flash on and off the screen b4 it shuts itself down and starts again.

i need some major help on how to diagnose and fix the problem.
