Windows 10: My windows 11 computer stutters when i DON'T move my mouse

Hello, my pc stutters when i dont move my mouse. It's only started doing this recently, and it starts to stutter after about 10 to 15 seconds. When it stutters, the video output lags and doesn't catch up with what im'm doing, but the audio is fine.Here are my system's specs:Windows 11 Pro, version 21H2, build 22000.1936CPU: Intel core i5-4760 @ 3.40 ghzRAM: 8 gb ddr3GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710Also worth noting, that i have 2 hard drives, the one wich holds the system files has a capacity of 222 GB and i have 54,5 gb left. The other, wich doesn't hold system files, has a capacity of 1TB, free s

my mouse don´t works correctly

I use all the year my mouse and it Works good but today I go to do a thing and when I returned to my computer the mouse don´t Works good.

the problem is:

when I use my mouse, for example, I move my mouse up and it goes right and if I move it right it goes down

I don´t know what to do

i have tried to uninstall the mouse but it still

please I need help...

 

Mouse stutters on startup

I understand you have Mouse stuttering at startup.

1) Since it happens at Startup the first thing I'd do is Establish a Clean Boot to get rid of Startup freeloaders that can hog resources and cause issues by conflicting:
