Windows 10: My windows 11 computer will not accept my verified MS password, saying it is incorrect...

My Windows 11 software was working fine until you forced an update yesterday. I then found several items missing, including my Gmail accounts, so I did a System Restore. When that was completed, I was asked for my Microsoft password, but when I typed it in I was told it was incorrect. I therefore set up a brand new password, which verified by Microsoft. Once again I was told the password is incorrect. I have changed the password again a couple of times – each time to be told it is incorrect. So the current position is that I am locked out of the account and cannot use the b

My Desktop (Win 10) won't accept password... says it is "incorrect"

Trying to sign in on my Desktop (Win 10) - won't accept password... says it is "incorrect". So I reset it in my MS account using laptop (Win 8). Laptop now accepts new password, but desktop still does not. What to do? Please help.

My computer is in safe mode and says my password is wrong, i've tried my pin and Microsoft password. won't accept either went to command prompt to type in message as suggested, ask for password to sign in there got message that password is incorrect there
too tryed everything I know and can't fix problem, please help
