Windows 10: My Windows 11 Enterprise machine is crashing, with BugChecks

I stepped away from my computer, then returned a couple of minutes later, to discover that it was rebooting. Fortunately, I wasn't doing anything critical, but I am bothered by the fact that this machine, which is about 7 months old, is having some many problems. I'm wondering if it could be due to that CrowdStrike problem a few months back?I've searched for other issues like this where I came across this, locked, post here on Microsoft Answers. I've copied the dump file and the minidump file to another place, so as not to lose them. Anyway, this has become a problem, as this machine crashes a

How to figure out what is causing Windows 11 BugChecks

In the last few days my Windows 11 system has started to crash on a regular basis, and with various different BugCheck codes displayed on the BSOD, including:

• SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
  
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
  
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  

I have exported the BugCheck entries from the System event log, and have copied and zipped a couple of MEMORY.DMP files, but I have no idea how to figure out what is causing the crashes.

Any suggestions are very welcome!

Windows 11 Machine Crashing and Restarting - bugcheck 0x0000009f

So I have exactly the same problem as "JeffAlexander19" that created a post on June 14, 2022

My machine also keeps rebooting at least one time after a fresh boot. In the event viewer I find the following;

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe58bb0245c90, 0xffff81000e3c7178, 0xffffe58bb22d1ba0). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e123e5c6-31a0-41ff-9230-f17978b2a48f.

It is a fresh installation of windows.

So I reinstalled all the drivers I can think about to their latest version (chipset included), updated my BIOS, uninstalled iCUE software, removed and replaced RAM, checked if all my cables where attached, all to no avail. It keeps rebooting after some minutes after a fresh boot (even sometimes after a restart).

It would be so helpful if someone is willing to look at this because using Windbg is certainly not my strongest point.

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.
