Windows 10: My Windows 11 home screen keeps refreshing

This started happening today out of nowhere, so after I logged into my Windows, I couldn’t do anything on and it would keep refreshing like every 15 - 20 seconds. Like Black screen and then refresh. No, I can’t interact with anything at all, I couldn’t go to my windows settings, none of the applications would open at all when I clicked on them. I attempted to restart the PC completely 3 times and it still showed the same result. It’s getting irritating because I don’t know what to do for the past 4 hours.

Windows 11 keeps refreshing issue

There is a issue that windows 11 desktop keeps refreshing (apps are refreshing and everything). First it looks normal but in 1 seconds it refreshes your desktop.

It should need a button to shut down without updating, or just remove the updated before shut down button, Because some people wouldn't want their windows 11 updating. If they want to update windows 11 they could go to the setting and updated their windows.

It could be happing (desktop keeps refreshing) from updating your windows 11.

Because if you update on any device like phone or PC, the device will slow down or even you will get some issues with that device.

1) first thing what to do, to fix desktop from keeping refreshing is reinstall your windows 11 (windows 10)

2) Go to professional that fixes the PC's. It will tell the problem what it is and they gonna to fix your PC. It could cost a money, and waiting for computer to fix, but it's worth it.

3) Don't watch YouTube videos, for fixing the windows refreshing problems, they won't work, and how you gonna do if the desktop keeps refreshing every time.

They said to do that, (talking about "how to fix your windows 11 from refreshing every time") If you look one of the videos you will see that their desktop doesn't keep refreshing.

if you are professional and you know how to fix it. Then go fix your PC, desktop.

I'm not able to change refresh rate in my Windows 11!
