    So, I am using windows 11 with 32g ram and 500 SSD and i7 on a lenovo t480.I have been struggling with the slowness issue for the past one year, and i could not figure out how to solve the issue.It was started with this thread where i thought that it was a memory issue that lead to my problem.Windows 11 not pushing usage beyond 16 GB - Microsoft CommunityAfter the following trick, my frustrated is gone at least for now.1. Identifying how much swap i need. I use rainmeter apps for this.2. Change swap manually. The problem with this before, windows is using 5Gb and this is actually their reco

    How to improve the response of running Adobe elements 13 on windows 10.

    I am looking for suggestions on how to improve the response of running Adobe elements 13 on windows 10. This version of elements is running slow, I assume because it is larger than all previous versions and fills memory. I currently have 4 Meg of main
    memory and adequate disc space. Would increasing the main memory and adding an additional disc for swapping be a way forward (I have a disc sitting in a cupboard). If so, is it feasible to configure windows to use the second disc as a swap area for working
    files.
