Windows 10: My Windows 11 keep making a weird disconnecting sound constantly + My Fingerprint Driver...

Hello everyone, I've been facing a problem these few months and needed a help. My Laptop constantly giving a disconnect sounds and my fingerprint driver disappear, im trying many things such as troubleshooting, deleting my driver then installing it again by restarting my laptop and it keep going to make the sound overtime. For the fingerprint i had to restart my laptop so it worked, if my laptop turned off for a long time. It wont work again, each time the unplugging sound is played. it refresh the device manager and showing an Unknown USB Device Device Descriptor Request Failed. Does anyone

If the connect/disconnect sounds is only happening when playing an specific game, It might be a game app or a driver issue. we suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the game and check if the problem persists. Check the steps provided below:

• Open the Start menu.
• Click Settings.
• Click System on the Settings menu.
• Select Apps & features from the left pane. ...
• Select an app you wish to uninstall.
• Click the Uninstall button that appears.

Make sure also that your device software drivers are updated.

Wi-fi disconnects constantly but it's weird

So, I have a very weird problem, my wi-fi suddenly decides not to work properly, it disconnects every 5 to 10 minutes if lucky, the only way to restore it is by showing the available wi-fi connections. I have to click on the little arrow next to the wifi icon and magically it restores! I'll attach a video to this question showing the problem.

Things I have tried:

• Clean driver installation.

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it fixes the issue.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + W and type troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the driver

I suggest you to try uninstall the fingerprint
drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Fingerprint
drivers:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Right-click on the Fingerprint device listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset and Fingerprint
drivers.

Method 3

If issue still persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Fingerprint
drivers in Compatibility mode and check if it works:

Follow the steps to uninstall the Fingerprint
driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Right-click on the Fingerprint device listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Now download the drivers the manufacturer website and install it in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode. Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
