Windows 10: My windows 11 keyboard is not working as it supposed to

So today when I started my laptop the first error I got is: the shortcut windows+r isn't working as it supposed to open run but Instead of this when I clicked windows+r it opened screenshot option... 1. When I rechecked the window+shift+s is also working for screenshot 2. Second is all the arrows stopped working as well3. Without clicking on caps lock all the letters were in capital and when I turned on the capslock all the letters were in small... like it's opposite4. When I tried to use my mouse it's working as if I clicked shift button while clicking the left button... 5. Keyboard trouble

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

Keyboard Not working in Windows 10

We would suggest you to update your keyboard driver. To update your keyboard driver, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for Keyboards and then double-click it.
• Click on the Keyboard tab and choose Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.
