Windows 10: My windows 11 laptop already lag out two times but i still can't figure out what the problem

I've just bought a new gaming laptop called msi katana a15 recently, but after a couple of use, the system usually start to lag out. I can't seem to understand what the problem for it. I've tried to reset the whole laptop again and it work perfectly. But after a while, it's start to lag out again. The only app I've installed is the basic Microsoft, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Huion App, and Blender. Back then I thought the reason might be do to the Microsoft c++ redistribution I have installed, but I haven't download it afterward. My CPU in task manager also say is around 10% and I never

For the past one month i have been using windows 11 on my lenovo ideapad slim 3. The laptop has been lagging a lot since the installation, making it impossible to use my pc. I am certain that the issue is not with the laptop itself as while using any VDI/Citrix, it starts working properly. My laptop hangs even when disk/CPU/memory usage is well within range.
